Owners, Sean & Rebecca Gafner of Gafner Hospitality Group of Longmont have fully renovated the restaurant space, formerly The Dunraven at Estes Park Resort. Coming to us from down the valley in Longmont, where they’ve been operating 4 successful restaurants since 2015, we are thrilled to have their talents and experience here in Estes Park. This is their first tourist season since opening Memorial Day weekend, and while the beautiful new restaurant space located in the Estes Park Resort. Water’s edge at Lake Estes, Ember Restaurant & Bar provides an ideal place to enjoy a meal with views of the Continental Divide mirrored onto the lake.
